Introduction

Overtone: Memory Trace is developed and operated by Kaan Apan. These terms describe use of the game alongside the applicable terms of the app store through which you obtain it. For questions, contact odevlerden@gmail.com.

Using the game

You may use Overtone for personal entertainment in accordance with these terms and applicable law. Follow the app store’s age rating and the age guidance in the Privacy Policy. Do not interfere with the security or operation of the game or its online services.

Purchases and virtual items

Optional purchases include consumable Coin packs, permanent case unlocks and Remove Ads. Prices and purchase details are displayed in the game and the relevant app store. Coins are used for in-game features and cannot be exchanged through the game for real money.

Remove Ads provides eligible rewarded benefits without displaying advertisements; normal reward limits still apply.

Eligible permanent purchases can be checked through Settings > Restore Purchases. This does not promise restoration of spent consumable Coins or transfer of purchases between different app stores.

For purchase problems or refund requests, use the relevant app store’s support process or contact the developer. Refund eligibility is subject to applicable store policies and law. Nothing in these terms removes mandatory consumer rights.

Cloud backup

Cloud backup is optional and requires an internet connection and the supported platform gaming account. It uses Unity Authentication and Unity Cloud Save to store supported progress. Not every setting or unfinished attempt is included.

Turning cloud backup off stops syncing but does not delete an existing cloud account or backup. The Privacy Policy explains the in-app deletion process and its effects.

Local progress may be lost when app data is cleared or the game is uninstalled, depending on device backup and restoration behavior.

Game content

Using the game or saving artwork through its built-in features does not transfer ownership of the game or its content, or grant permission for commercial redistribution. Applicable third-party software and services remain subject to their own terms.

Availability and updates

Online features and rewarded advertisements may sometimes be unavailable. The game may receive updates and changes as development continues. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that applicable law does not allow to be excluded.
